| My very first visit, will not be my last. Right away I was greeted at the door by a very friendly staffer, she explained to the store layout went over the products with me answered any questions I had thoroughly, if she didn't have the answers the owner did. I was impressed with all of the staff that was working today. It's tucked away in a parking lot under construction But they do have a drive-thru option as well which is quite handy when they can bring the machine and items right to your car. I was impressed with how clean the store was, the layout and the availability of products was pretty phenomenal compared to most of the chain stores around town. It was nice to see a variety of customers from different agents also being traded the same way, with excellent customer service and absolute respect. 10 out of 10 I recommend this location. | Tried to purchase from the store for the first time today. Was greeted at the door by a black tape saying "stop we ID everybody" which was fine, and normal for dispensaries. The entrance was cold and not welcoming at all compared to other locations I have been to. I had my ID ready, I wasn't greeted at all when I walked in the door, I waited for a few minutes for somebody to say something, could hear a customer interaction with one person working at the store but it would take all of 10 seconds to say hi to somebody at the door to let them know that you'd be with him in a few minutes. That lack of interaction and customer service is why you've lost business today. That very first experience I've had was by far the worst customer service I've ever experienced in any industry. Anyone that runs a good store knows that it takes 5 seconds for people to make a decision whether they like the atmosphere or not and it took me 30 seconds to realize that I'm not going to waste my money at a place that doesn't want to even acknowledge a customer walking into the store. Even behind a wall. It takes little effort to say Hi and that you heard me come in and that you would be right with me. Even during customer interactions, it is polite to say excuse me for a moment, and say I have to acknowledge this other customer and then I will be right back with you. Most customers would understand but the ones waiting at the door are the ones that are left frustrated and the ones that are l .. | ||

| My first experience walking in the door at Mary Jane Muskoka in Bracebridge was beyond amazing. Not only was the owner there herself, she greeted me right away, welcomed me to the store, showed me her menu and explained it very thoroughly, answered any questions I had with professionalism and poise while still having a good time. You can tell that she puts her heart and soul into this store. The store is beautiful upon entry, well lit, well stocked and the staff again is so friendly. 100% I recommend this location over any other chain cannabis stores in Bracebridge. I'm very happy with my purchase as well. It's such a great idea that she's got her own branded merchandise in there as well, some very chic trucker hats and some amazingly soft sweaters! I will be back and I will send as much business your way as I possibly can. Keep up the great work! Thank you for making this experience a wonderful one and an easy one.
