| Tried to purchase from the store for the first time today. Was greeted at the door by a black tape saying "stop we ID everybody" which was fine, and normal for dispensaries. The entrance was cold and not welcoming at all compared to other locations I have been to. I had my ID ready, I wasn't greeted at all when I walked in the door, I waited for a few minutes for somebody to say something, could hear a customer interaction with one person working at the store but it would take all of 10 seconds to say hi to somebody at the door to let them know that you'd be with him in a few minutes. That lack of interaction and customer service is why you've lost business today. That very first experience I've had was by far the worst customer service I've ever experienced in any industry. Anyone that runs a good store knows that it takes 5 seconds for people to make a decision whether they like the atmosphere or not and it took me 30 seconds to realize that I'm not going to waste my money at a place that doesn't want to even acknowledge a customer walking into the store. Even behind a wall. It takes little effort to say Hi and that you heard me come in and that you would be right with me. Even during customer interactions, it is polite to say excuse me for a moment, and say I have to acknowledge this other customer and then I will be right back with you. Most customers would understand but the ones waiting at the door are the ones that are left frustrated and the ones that are l .. |
