| Canna Cabana on Lawrence Ave East is easily one of my favourite locations. The staff — Sutta, Eric, and Mike — always make the experience smooth and genuine. They actually listen, give honest suggestions, and know the products well. The store's clean, organized, and has a chill vibe that makes you want to come back. You can tell they care about their customers and enjoy what they do. Every visit feels easy and comfortable — never rushed or pushy. Just solid people providing great service. | ||

| Went to Greentown in LaSalle and had one of the worst customer service experiences ever. Mathieu was incredibly rude from the moment I walked in — dismissive, unhelpful, and made me feel like I was bothering him just for asking simple questions. I left feeling unwelcome and will not be returning if he's working. Totally unacceptable behavior for someone in customer service. | ||
