| Went to Greentown in LaSalle and had one of the worst customer service experiences ever. Mathieu was incredibly rude from the moment I walked in — dismissive, unhelpful, and made me feel like I was bothering him just for asking simple questions. I left feeling unwelcome and will not be returning if he's working. Totally unacceptable behavior for someone in customer service. |
