| February 9th 2026, 10:20 am. I came to this store to buy something and found a handwritten note on the door saying "Back in 15 minutes." That turned into over 30 minutes, with four customers standing outside in -30°C weather like it was some kind of social experiment. When the staff member finally showed up, there was no apology, no embarrassment and just a terrible attitude. Half-hearted responses, constant sighing, and a tone that suggested the customers were somehow the problem, or not smart enough to be dealing with. To be clear I'm fully capable of reading a clock, thinking logically, and understanding basic human interaction apparently more so than the person working there. I smiled, said "okay" to everything, and left just to avoid extending the interaction any further. Overall, the service was impressively bad. Not just unprofessional, but awkwardly, almost comically bad. Every once in a while you run into an experience that reminds you the world is a strange place and this was one of those moments. Absolutely awful service. | ||

| 8-10$ more expensive than other dispensaries, there are tons of dispensaries around the area which are selling the SAME PRODUCT FOR A CHEAPER PRICE. I understand a bit of difference in price but I don't understand when you are 30-40 % more expensive than your competitors | ||

| August 8,2025 7:40pm. I visited this store today and was met with complete indifference from the cashier. No greeting, no "hello," not even a glance in my direction. There was zero acknowledgment or basic courtesy. If I owned a brand, I would never hire someone like this to represent it first impressions matter, and this was a very poor one. And I see that there are other bad reviews about the same exact cashier. This shows me how little you take customer feedback seriously. You guys are pretty overpriced tho. | ||

| Literally paid 20 bucks for 1gr pre-roll, very expensive. You can add couple more bucks and buy 7 gram of flower from another dispensary. Also they don't have a lot of variations. | ||
