| So many disappointments with this store, you make an online order get an email saying it's ready and when you go get it they are "out" so you have to wait days for a refund. An leave without product or has to buy more, I've been understanding through the years but today when it happened again and I got an email saying I hope you like your order ????? No. I did not like my order of nothing. There are two other stores in town I recommend you save the headache and shop elsewhere (where they have appreciation points that actually work) | ||

| Great customer service until something goes wrong and they don't respond. I would go in at least 4 times a week, Jan 30 I bought one $18 pre roll. When I got home I found container empty and called store to inform them, offered me a discount if I wanted to buy anything else (she wasn't authorized to give refund but was super nice about it so I was sure it would be dealt with) said they would call me back and didn't so I called them to have my call returned feb 8 asking me for the empty container, obviously it was in the garbage by then, she was supposed to call me back by Monday after telling me they are sorry and "dropped the ball on this one" and haven't heard from them again, unfortunate that customer service isn't better for being in such a small town. UPDATE: the store has since contacted me and has fixed the issue, I appreciate you getting this resolved and I look forward to shopping here again, thank you! | ||
