| Great customer service until something goes wrong and they don't respond. I would go in at least 4 times a week, Jan 30 I bought one $18 pre roll. When I got home I found container empty and called store to inform them, offered me a discount if I wanted to buy anything else (she wasn't authorized to give refund but was super nice about it so I was sure it would be dealt with) said they would call me back and didn't so I called them to have my call returned feb 8 asking me for the empty container, obviously it was in the garbage by then, she was supposed to call me back by Monday after telling me they are sorry and "dropped the ball on this one" and haven't heard from them again, unfortunate that customer service isn't better for being in such a small town.
UPDATE: the store has since contacted me and has fixed the issue, I appreciate you getting this resolved and I look forward to shopping here again, thank you! |
