| These folks are customer service oriented. They also know their products. Super friendly and welcoming. It's not always about the price of a product but the people behind the counters who serve them. i highly recommend anyone to give them a try. This is how all stores should be. | ||

| Low standards company. I think that's their moto. Read Reddit comments about them over a year ago about the same things i'm complaining about. Feel free to look it up. This is no way to start a brand new store. The young man who works there is incompetent and just plain out of it. Twice i placed an order online. The first time was i was NO#3 customer placed that day it was in the evening. I came in and the store had no customers but me. i said i placed an online and he checked his computer and read me order and he went to pull it from the back. Clearly he didn't have it ready. ( what if a customer came in and bought what i ordered online simply because he never read it even though i was first ) I came today and i was NO#1, this evening and again the young man dealt with me the exact same way. i get home and open what i bought only to find out he gave me the wrong orders. How do you make such a simple mistake specially when not busy at all. What is the guy doing in the store that he can't process simple online orders or give people the right orders. I wasted $70 tonight all because of a staff who is incapable of doing tasks. Fire this man asap if you guys want to survive in that plaza. Your low standard employees are making you lose customers. There are tons of other stores to choose from. Stay clear of this store. Spend your money elsewhere. | ||

| This store is a hit and miss depending on who's working but why should it be that way ? People who work at this tiny little store are flat out lazy and knows nothing about the product they sell. Go elsewhere and better prices too. I order often via online and they never create the order. Since Racheal left this place it has gone down to nothing but trash. | ||

| I really wanted to like this old man but his low prices ain't worth his bad people skills. He is so used to sketchy people in his hood that he treats all his customers the same. Go to the Friendly Stranger in Thorold for the best price , yes even better than this man can give you. And they care about their customers!! | ||

| I was a fan when I first discovered them. Store looks amazing and the staff was okay. Then I got 2 bags on two seperate occasions that had a hole and sold to me with a piece of tape covering the hole. Then slowly their selections were not that great. I would also order through the website but I never get a text return in the last few times I've gone. it's a shame since the competition in this region is fierce. There is zero customer retention here nor do they care. I really wanted to like this place but truth I would not recommend buying here but instead checkout other places that offer more selections and great products for less the price. Im also a senior and they never once gave me a 10 percent discount. The store looks good but that about it. | ||
