Low standards company. I think that's their moto. Read Reddit comments about them over a year ago about the same things i'm complaining about. Feel free to look it up. This is no way to start a brand new store. The young man who works there is incompetent and just plain out of it. Twice i placed an order online. The first time was i was NO#3 customer placed that day it was in the evening. I came in and the store had no customers but me. i said i placed an online and he checked his computer and read me order and he went to pull it from the back. Clearly he didn't have it ready. ( what if a customer came in and bought what i ordered online simply because he never read it even though i was first ) I came today and i was NO#1, this evening and again the young man dealt with me the exact same way. i get home and open what i bought only to find out he gave me the wrong orders. How do you make such a simple mistake specially when not busy at all. What is the guy doing in the store that he can't process simple online orders or give people the right orders. I wasted $70 tonight all because of a staff who is incapable of doing tasks. Fire this man asap if you guys want to survive in that plaza. Your low standard employees are making you lose customers. There are tons of other stores to choose from. Stay clear of this store. Spend your money elsewhere.
