This SQDC has friendly, efficient staff and a good selection. The products I want are always in stock and when I place an online order for pickup it's prepared within the hour just like the website says. There's sometimes a lineup on weekends, particularly in the morning, and also around 5pm on weekdays; but the line goes so quickly it doesn't really matter. There's tons of parking or it's a relatively quick walk from the Angrignon metro. For me it's a brisk 17 minute walk door-to-door which is perfect. Plus it's in a great location near Allo Mon Coco, Giant Tiger, and Dollarama (and more) with the Angrignon mall not too far away either. My preferred store.

There is an incredibly rude person working here now, not sure if she's new, but she seems to think she's allowed to take things personally and then attack the client. Very immature. I was being told that this SQDC for the second week in a row has essentially nothing to roll joints, no tips, just those horrible double packs with paper and tips (which suck), and when I sounded frustrated by this the woman at the cash told me that I "didn't have to be mad" and to "calm down" and she laughed at me, right in my face. I told her actually I wasn't mad at her just frustrated and she had badly misread the situation but that was okay if she wanted to be rude. She started to talk back again and I told her to stop and leave me alone, and yet she would not stop talking. I said something VE ..

Quick and friendly service, and I've never encountered a line at this store (although I'm sure it would go quickly if ever I did). I ordered online for pickup planning to get it the next day, and it was already prepared within 30 minutes! Less than the one-hour window which is incredible. The products I want are always in stock, too. Great store!

I'll begin by saying it makes no sense to tell clients to order ahead of time online to save time, but you still have to wait in line anyways! I've seen actual signs in SQDC stores saying "skip the line, order online", but when I asked about it today the person just shrugged and said she didn't make the rules and people would freak out if they let people go ahead to pick up their orders.. So today, after ordering earlier in the day and after waiting in line for 15 minutes, they say they cannot find my order in the system. It should have been prepared within an hour as per the site, and I came 1.5 hours later and it still wasn't ready. I then waited another 5-10 minutes at the counter while people ran around only for them to come to me to say they can't find it and want me to pay for a new order again. There's no way to cancel my payment because it takes a few days to register online, so what, I'm supposed to pay twice and hope they don't get both payments? Just awful service. I'll make sure to never order for in-store pickup again particularly at this store, it's absolutely useless, and I'll only go to the stores in my area that I know are reliable from now on. In total I was stuck there 35 minutes.
On a positive note, I will say the second person who helped me was very nice and did everything he could even though I was at that point in an absolutely rotten mood (I worked a 10 hour shift prior and the first person I spoke with I found quite rude). He managed to call ..
