| We drive across town to go to this location for Glassware. The Manager is always friendly and staff treat us right. We stopped going to the closer location on Dunmore Road due to bad services and interactions with those staff. Thanks for hearing our problem out and trying to fix issues that werent your problem. We appreciate it. | ||

| The Manager at this store doesnt seem to care about customer service. Had an employee tell me over the phone AGLC doesnt allow defective product returns, so i contacted AGLC, and they said thats not true. I went to the store to request a refund on the defective vape and since by the time AGLC got back to me, it was 3 days past the "new instore refund date of 14 days rather than 30", contact them for service, and we arent refunding you. The old management here understood proper customer service. Not my fault your employee gave out the wrong information. We'll take our business to the downtown location from now on due to the lack of care the Manager shows here. | ||

| Girlfriend shops here for her preferred stuff. I only called to get a specific kind of vape pen that, i guess they dont carry anymore. From what the girl on the phone said, apparently the Government had some sort of restriction on the Auto Draw feature or something and they no longer carried them. I went to a different place and got one for $9. Aint the associates fault that their store no longer carries it, she was very professional over the phone. Thanks for that. 😁 | ||
