The Manager at this store doesnt seem to care about customer service. Had an employee tell me over the phone AGLC doesnt allow defective product returns, so i contacted AGLC, and they said thats not true. I went to the store to request a refund on the defective vape and since by the time AGLC got back to me, it was 3 days past the "new instore refund date of 14 days rather than 30", contact them for service, and we arent refunding you. The old management here understood proper customer service. Not my fault your employee gave out the wrong information. We'll take our business to the downtown location from now on due to the lack of care the Manager shows here.
