| I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience at this store. I was sold a vape that did not work, and when I returned the very next day to resolve the issue, I was met with complete indifference. Steve, refused to offer a refund or even exchange the defective product. He showed no willingness to help and made no effort to provide any kind of customer service. I left feeling disrespected and deceived. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, and I would strongly advise others to avoid this place. Fortunately, I visited other shops afterward where I was treated with honesty and respect — a stark contrast to what I experienced here. | ||
