Steve, refused to offer a refund or even exchange the defective product. He showed no willingness to help and made no effort to provide any kind of customer service.
I left feeling disrespected and deceived. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, and I would strongly advise others to avoid this place. Fortunately, I visited other shops afterward where I was treated with honesty and respect — a stark contrast to what I experienced here. |
