| I don't know how they don't have only 5 star reviews! My favorite shop downtown Hamilton. Customer service is excellent and they know almost everything about retail cannabis products. If you need them to curate a selection of products for you they have no problem taking the time and effort to get you something you'll really enjoy. They also give senior discounts when my grandmother shops there! Love you guys! Thank you! | ||

| Delivery woman tried to force me to show her the card I used for payment and lied and said it was "AGCO policy". It is not. I actually have my cannabis retail mangers license and I study law at laurentian university and it is NOT AGCO regulation and in fact it is ILLEGAL to try to force someone to show a random employee they don't know their card information. I am well within my right to not give out my credit card information like that, that is a huge security risk that I'm sure my credit card company would highly protest against. Stop lying to people and stop making up fake AGCO regulations because you're too lazy or too stupid to read the actual regulations on the AGCO website, you've lost a customer for life and I will be telling others in the cannabis community about your poor behaviour and lack of understanding of the regulations. Unfortunately you aren't the only cannabis retailer that thinks its ok to make up fake regulations. Get it together guys, absolutely brutal. Edit: I actually ordered off Uber eats and not your website and there was nothing "clearly stating" you wanted me to show my card. You sir are a moron. My friend told me you were stupid but who knew you were this dumb. Again it is illegal to make someone show a stranger their credit card. Just because you made it store policy doesn't mean it's legal. Have a nice day moron. And obviously I know about AGCO ID policy I had my ID ready waiting to show the driver. Why include that part are you just .. | ||

| Awful customer experience here, from Budtender through management up to corporate this company is poorly run. No care for their employees, budtenders are rude and unaccommodating, management hides in the back and rarely spends time with customers or on the floor. Budtenders are blasted out of their minds from getting high while working. And on top of all of that they're one of the biggest personal data sellers in the country. When you sign up for any of their customer loyalty or premium programs they take your data and they sell it to telemarketers, scammers, etc. THEY ARE GIVING OUT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION INCLUDING YOUR POSTAL CODE TO COMPLETE STRANGERS AND IRRESPONSIBLE COMPANIES AND SCAMMERS. People need to stop shopping here and supporting this terrible corporate mess. Edit: lies? You can literally google the fact you guys are one of the biggest personal data sellers in the country. It's on the internet for everyone to see. You're delusional. I've also personally seen with my own eyes your Budtenders getting high in the parking lot and then driving home after. I could list at least 6 employees who were all getting high at work. Don't say I'm lying when I have specific details. Absolutely pathetic. Everything I've stated in this review is either on the internet for anyone to google or I've personally seen with my own two eyes, saying I'm lying is hilarious. Or wait should I say more? If you're going to accuse me of lying you might want to be careful. Like ho .. | ||

| I've had staff here be really rude to me. Last time I was there the woman at the cash made fun of me for using my credit card, as if somehow using a credit card means I'm poor. And beyond that, my financial life is none of your employees business. If I had more time to waste I'd report you to an oversight body because that behaviour from your staff is completely unacceptable. | ||
