| Awful customer experience here, from Budtender through management up to corporate this company is poorly run. No care for their employees, budtenders are rude and unaccommodating, management hides in the back and rarely spends time with customers or on the floor. Budtenders are blasted out of their minds from getting high while working. And on top of all of that they're one of the biggest personal data sellers in the country. When you sign up for any of their customer loyalty or premium programs they take your data and they sell it to telemarketers, scammers, etc. THEY ARE GIVING OUT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION INCLUDING YOUR POSTAL CODE TO COMPLETE STRANGERS AND IRRESPONSIBLE COMPANIES AND SCAMMERS. People need to stop shopping here and supporting this terrible corporate mess.
Edit: lies? You can literally google the fact you guys are one of the biggest personal data sellers in the country. It's on the internet for everyone to see. You're delusional. I've also personally seen with my own eyes your Budtenders getting high in the parking lot and then driving home after. I could list at least 6 employees who were all getting high at work. Don't say I'm lying when I have specific details. Absolutely pathetic. Everything I've stated in this review is either on the internet for anyone to google or I've personally seen with my own two eyes, saying I'm lying is hilarious.
