| They completely forgot to deliver my order?!? I waited 6 hours, called the store to double check on it(which, I am glad I did)and was told the driver forgot about it and is not willing to deliver it once he got back to the store. I am less than a 5 min drive, so running back out to solve a problem they created was the very least they could have done. But nope! They did not provide any solution, their suggestions were "get a refund or wait for it to be delivered tomorrow afternoon" yet I had already waited 6hours and the refund takes 3 business days to complete. It's now 8pm and I have to go to a different store and spend even more money as what I already spent takes days to refund. The complete lack of care and support from their team, especially revolving an issue THEY created is absolutely appalling. The selection and prices are very fair, but this experience of me having to chase down an order I paid well in advance for just to be told it wont be fulfilled has turned me away. 6hrs wasted and $60 on hold due to their teams negligence. | ||

| GREAT SELECTION!!! I used to work at a dispo, ever since I moved I have not been able to smoke a lot of regular go-to's as the cannabis shop closest to me has such a small selection. Cannabis Hut fulfills those needs though, they carry all of my regulars, as well as products I have been meaning to try but never carried at the shop I worked at. Really good prices too. The way everything is displayed and organized makes shopping much easier as well. Hard to beat a $4 resin infused gummy! (Glenns) | ||
