| I'm sick and tired of being left unattended at the front door behind a rope. It's unacceptable and I've had to walk out of this store several times because the staff don't realize you're waiting there. Management at this store needs to remove the rope or have enough staff to have someone letting people in at all times. I can't tell you enough how bad the customer experience is to walk into a store and be held up by a gate without being attended to until they realize you've been waiting for several minutes. No other stores have gates like this it's just lazy and bad for customers. 1-star unless they remove the gate. | ||

| I got refused service at this store as a bald 35 year-old with grey in my beard because my driver's license was expired and I was waiting for my new license to come in. I had the expired license and temporary license on me at the store. I just find it interesting that Pop's can turn away paying customers for a ridiculous nonsensical reason. They don't want my patronage so I'll go elsewhere. | ||
