I'm sick and tired of being left unattended at the front door behind a rope. It's unacceptable and I've had to walk out of this store several times because the staff don't realize you're waiting there. Management at this store needs to remove the rope or have enough staff to have someone letting people in at all times. I can't tell you enough how bad the customer experience is to walk into a store and be held up by a gate without being attended to until they realize you've been waiting for several minutes. No other stores have gates like this it's just lazy and bad for customers. 1-star unless they remove the gate.
