You're Always Welcome At Canna Cabana!
Since 2009 we’ve been dreaming up spaces for Cannabis lovers to feel at home. As smokers ourselves, we were sick and tired of sketchy alleys leading to bargain basements that made us feel like we were doing something wrong.
Canadians deserved something better, and so we opened our first Smoker’s Corner head shop in downtown Calgary that same year. Finally a bright, clean, welcoming place where marijuana enthusiasts could gather and geek out about cannabis culture – weed, bongs, pipes, vaporizers and our love of the plant!
After legalization, we knew we wanted to bring that same vibe to selling Cannabis (man, sometimes we still can’t believe it’s finally legal).
Canna Cabana was created for people who loved weed (still do) and want to buy it, smoke it, and talk about it in a playful, safe environment. We call that a Cabana and we built it for you!
Want to check out a new vape, chat about cannabis, and grab some rollies? Roll on in to your local Cabana, then keep on rolling.

The staff here are excellent and take their time to ensure you have the best experience with your purchase. They will help you hand pick a product for your exact needs. The budtender John was very thorough, kind and welcoming.
Best Cannabis retailer in Bracebridge. Very knowledgeable staff and always great prices.
Tried to purchase from the store for the first time today. Was greeted at the door by a black tape saying "stop we ID everybody" which was fine, and normal for dispensaries. The entrance was cold and not welcoming at all compared to other locations I have been to. I had my ID ready, I wasn't greeted at all when I walked in the door, I waited for a few minutes for somebody to say something, could hear a customer interaction with one person working at the store but it would take all of 10 seconds to say hi to somebody at the door to let them know that you'd be with him in a few minutes. That lack of interaction and customer service is why you've lost business today. That very first experience I've had was by far the worst customer service I've ever experienced in any industry. Anyone that runs a good store knows that it takes 5 seconds for people to make a decision whether they like the atmosphere or not and it took me 30 seconds to realize that I'm not going to waste my money at a place that doesn't want to even acknowledge a customer walking into the store. Even behind a wall. It takes little effort to say Hi and that you heard me come in and that you would be right with me. Even during customer interactions, it is polite to say excuse me for a moment, and say I have to acknowledge this other customer and then I will be right back with you. Most customers would understand but the ones waiting at the door are the ones that are left frustrated and the ones that are l ..
Jon was great amazing customer service! Got just what I needed with great prices
Canna Cabana is hands-down the worst dispensary experience I've ever had, and the only place that's managed to suck all the enjoyment out of buying weed.
Every single time I go in, there's some brand-new bullshit "rule" or "policy" that apparently didn't exist the last time. Nothing is consistent, nothing is clearly posted, and enforcement seems to depend entirely on who happens to be working that day and what mood they're in.
My girlfriend and I have shared an account and phone number for years with zero issues… suddenly now it's a problem? No warning, no explanation, just arbitrary enforcement like they're making it up on the spot. If it was actually a rule, you'd think they'd have enforced it before… or, I don't know, told customers about it?
The irony is incredible:
• Highest prices around
• Worst customer experience
• Still making you pick products out of a dusty, outdated binder like it's 2015
You'd think if you're going to overcharge people, you could at least modernize or treat customers with some consistency and respect.
Instead, you get attitude, confusion, and constantly shifting goalposts. Buying weed here feels like dealing with a power-tripping bureaucracy rather than a dispensary.
I won't be back; not because of the use of one rule, but because of the pattern. This place is chaotic, inconsistent, and genuinely unpleasant. There are plenty of dispensaries that manage to sell cannabis without turning it into a frustrating chore.
