Overall I love shopping at OnePlant , it's my go to store when I need any weed products. (Which is often) I've been a regular customer of this OnePlant location since they opened. My experience has always been great… that is until lately, there is a women with green hair who works at this location & her attitude is awful, she takes her time letting you in then once your in she's rushing you out. If you don't know what you want right away she gets impatient & rude. I will definitely be picking & choosing when I go into the store from now on.
came in earlier this afternoon and was "helped" by their new female employee. she rushed me in and out, (super awkward interaction, she hid in the back the whole time) and didn't listen when i explained what i was after… sold me a way stronger product then i wanted (without informing me) and i didn't realize until i got home.
came back later this evening and explained what had happened, was able to get a refund and my preferred product. top-tier customer service and support from phil!! he's always a gem to interact with
Love going to one plant it's my first choice to go to never have an issue until I went in on Saturday January 24th when I was greeted my a lady i have never seen i asked her for 2 vapes and and requested one not be fruity she brought out 2 options and said it's hard to get one that isn't i took the one that sounded the best got home and it was infact fruity. Very disappointing won't be goin back when I see it's this lady working again 😒
Phil is always friendly & very helpful. I'm always happy to see him when I go in. I also appreciate the fact that he takes the extra minute to ask how I'm doing.
Team Member Phillip was amazing, fixed the prices as the pos system wasn't working properly.
Always smiling, friendly and quick.
