| came in earlier this afternoon and was "helped" by their new female employee. she rushed me in and out, (super awkward interaction, she hid in the back the whole time) and didn't listen when i explained what i was after… sold me a way stronger product then i wanted (without informing me) and i didn't realize until i got home. came back later this evening and explained what had happened, was able to get a refund and my preferred product. top-tier customer service and support from phil!! he's always a gem to interact with | ||
