So many disappointments with this store, you make an online order get an email saying it's ready and when you go get it they are "out" so you have to wait days for a refund. An leave without product or has to buy more,
I've been understanding through the years but today when it happened again and I got an email saying I hope you like your order ?????
No. I did not like my order of nothing.
There are two other stores in town I recommend you save the headache and shop elsewhere (where they have appreciation points that actually work)
Why offer delivery if you're never going to do it? Are we looking for a false advertising suit?
very unprofessional and disrespectful.the prices on the site are different then when you go in. Always a bad experience when I visit here
First off took him 10 minutes to let me in idk where he was hiding Secondly, Waste of time, friend orders online and even put my name in the message saying I was picking it up and he wont give it to me unless I have her credit card. Theres 3 pot shops in this town and Id avoid this one if I were you.
They suck hard; few times have paid online only to show up and find they dont have it in store. Awful.
