I was smoking a joint outside the establishment not to long ago and some lady tried to report me for being underage🤣 so Justin one of the employees did as he should as a worker and came out to ask for my ID. I had no issue with it whatsoever because well look at me I look 12 yet im 21. Anywho The lady continued to give him trouble when he told her I was a legal adult. So once Justin went back into the establishment I went over to said women and showed her my ID so she would stop being well to put it nicely a Karen and keep in mind justin was doing his job and delt with it as professional as someone could! Once again thank you so much Justin. Definitely will come back to the amazing service! Ive never been disappointed from the service here 👌
Honestly the best place to shop in town for Cannabis. I always feel welcomed, the staff is absolutely incredible! I never feel pressured which is nice compared to some other shops in town. It's a super chill environment and I love that they all love animals so much! My dog always gets a little snack when we go through the drive through ðŸ˜
This store has always been my go-to when in Huntsville. For the last 4/5 years, they've had a wall that covers the front window adequately. They have recently removed said wall. When I entered the store my wife and 4 year old son stayed outside to wait (he is not allowed in the store)
Earlier this week, While I was at the counter, my son and wife were outside waiting for me, the employee that hangs out by the door like a security guard took it upon himself to go outside and tell my wife that my 4 year old not is not allowed to look through the windows??? He was just walking around like a 4 year old typically would, and he has no ambition to see what's inside the store, but yet the employee still found it necessary to tell my wife "he can not be looking through the windows, I don't want my boss to check the cameras and see him looking inside"
In what world does it make sense to tell a 4 year old child they can not look at a public building, on public property??? Put the wall back up or simply cover the windows. Absolutely ridiculous way to go about the situation. Thankfully I wasn't aware of this interaction until I left the store or I would've returned everything I purchased. Will not be back.
Puffins is a very good cannabis store. The people are very helpful and very polite and very friendly.
By far one of the best places to get from when In a pinch and when the power is out the staff is very pleasant very friendly, it's a nice clean and organized well laid out place. Highly recommend Blue raspberry ground bud. Smells and tastes amazing and very effective to the body. Will update when I try the rest of my weed.. update I recommend as well monkey butter can't explain the taste or smell but it's really good however I do not recommend pink lemonade especially if you don't like smell or taste of pine/outdoor smell & taste. It does hit the body good but does not taste good at all. Mix all 3 together the perfect salad you'll ever have 🤤
