We recently had a poor experience at this Cannabis store. I was looking for a single pre-roll, and asked about products that were infused. The bud tender (young woman with glasses) presented me a very expensive (~20$) option. When I told her I was just looking for something cheap to tide me over, she looked down at me, and made some off-colour comments about how this is the quality she would choose to smoke. When she brought out a 6 dollar option that I then agreed to purchase, she told me she'd never smoke something like this, and that it would take her 3-4 of these to get high. Aside from trashing her own product and admitting that she likely had a substance abuse problem, her comments also seemed to put a negative connotation on my choice. Not everyone needs the most powerful product. Not once did I ask for her opinion. I did not argue or show that her comments were very off-putting. I paid for my joint and left, but I will not be back. This individual that helped me lacked tactfulness, self-awareness, and customer service. Very unprofessional. I hope that this individual or the business owner sees my perspective through this review, so they can be more mindful of how their attitude and commentary can affect customer experiences, positively and otherwise
