i placed an order at 8:50.. when i showed up at 9 it was closed.. and it says it closes at 11?
Absolutely love this place. Have never had an issue until tonight. Your store hours for Sunday, you close at 7pm... yes? According to your website hours... Then please explain why tonight I show up at 6:25pm and the door is locked but the lights are still on. I confirm with the website yet again just to make sure and yep, 7pm. So I call to see if maybe someone made an ooops and locked the door by accident. Yet no one answered. I live just outside of town. Which means I wasted a trip to your store and wasted gas for nothing bc your employees decided they wanted to go home 45mins early... please deal with this asap!
I find myself frustrated more than satisfied by TCann. One time they gave me the wrong product then refused to make it right to the point a staff gave me money out of their own pocket to save me as a customer. The last straw is the fact that you can order online show up and hour later and they have sold your order saying that until I pay it can't be held but there is nothing in the site that states that and seems counterproductive to have an online ordering system people can't depend on. Example if I was shopping from the rural area surrounding us I would have ordered, travel to town and be told my order isn't there. After this I went to your competitor and purchased the same product for higher cost to get proper service.
I have been a customer here in Fort Frances since it opened and the horrible service is getting worse so I'll be taking my business to borderland
TCann are independently owned like Credit Unions they are there own store and its cheaper to get from TCann in Kenora so thats where I go most time amongst other things or LOTW Cannabis there very helpful and focus on you until your done shopping in there location
