| I find myself frustrated more than satisfied by TCann. One time they gave me the wrong product then refused to make it right to the point a staff gave me money out of their own pocket to save me as a customer. The last straw is the fact that you can order online show up and hour later and they have sold your order saying that until I pay it can't be held but there is nothing in the site that states that and seems counterproductive to have an online ordering system people can't depend on. Example if I was shopping from the rural area surrounding us I would have ordered, travel to town and be told my order isn't there. After this I went to your competitor and purchased the same product for higher cost to get proper service. | ||
