I use 1:1 balanced oil (CBD and THC). The Sage Creek Store is not well stocked. I have not been able to find 1:1 balanced oil or gel caps for over two years and I stop in there frequently. I have been asked to leave my name in phone number and I never get a call. So I don't bother anymore.
Today I stopped in and they did not have 1:1 oil or gel caps. They had 100x10 mg THC and 15x10 mg CBD. If the 10 mg CBD came in a quantity of 100, I would have purchased both and made it work. But 15 gel caps would last me five days and purchasing the equivalent to get to 100 would be cost prohibitive.
For The Joint stores overall, I have yet to be able to find what I want from any of their other stores either.
I really wish they would update the hours of operations on the days they know they won't open due to holidays or other events today, I went for a 3Km run in my neighbourhood I made sure I checked to the store was opened just to get there and see a poster saying it wouldn't open till 1 pm so I decided to wait an hour till the time and when the time had reached someone then came to post another poster saying its gonna be 2 pm instead what a waste of time all I'm saying is that it's easier to update hours of operation on Google Maps then put a poster at the location so people don't have their time going there.
Used to be great, old staff are gone and the new staff talk way too much. I'm not here for small talk I'm here to buy weed. Takes forever to get things now. 5 customers shouldn't take 20 minutes to serve. Get the stuff, serve the customers, move on.
I went to The Joint Cannabis on October 12, 2025, around 7 PM with a few friends and bought an infused pre-roll. When we tried smoking it outdoors (away from the public), it stopped working halfway through — no smoke was passing, so it was basically unusable.
We went back to the store to explain the issue and asked for an exchange or refund. The staff member went to the back to check with the manager and eventually gave us a replacement joint. However, I was then told I had to leave my name and phone number with them. That felt extremely uncomfortable and unnecessary — I've never had a store ask for personal information like that for a defective product. It honestly made me feel like I was being treated as a shoplifter, not a paying customer.
On top of that, I was told this was a "one-time exception" and that they won't accommodate something like this again in the future. I've been a regular customer here and this was the first time I ever came back with an issue. Instead of understanding that, the response felt rude and unprofessional.
If a pre-roll doesn't burn properly, customers deserve fair treatment without being made to feel guilty or suspicious. I left the store feeling embarrassed and disappointed, and unfortunately, I don't plan to shop here again.
She Bud tender didnt know Squat about their product and She was Grouchy. If I didnt need a smoke for the night I WOULD OF WENT ELSE WHERE!!! Where Your darn Prices...
