The 2 stars is because you are close. Your prices are way out of line in terms of local shops consistently. Pointing this out to staff was met with one of the snottiest attitudes I have encountered. I wonder why your N.Saanich store is empty every time I have visited? My preference is Buds, hands down. Their staff if way friendlier and the prices are reasonable.

before I purchased a boxhot 510 cart I asked if it would fit my enclosed battery. She said "yes it will" then proceeded to tell me that the 1.2g cart was actually in a 2g cart. Clearly she had no idea what she was talking about, while there is a 1.2g and a 2g. She made it seem like the 1.2g was stored in a 2g capsule. Long story short I bought something under your employee's guidance just to find out that I wasted my money on something I can't smoke. Then after she proceeded to tell me that she didn't say it "would fit" and how it's my fault for not knowing. While every employee I've met there is a joy and makes that shop great, this one employee has nothing but attitude and sass. I recommend truth & alibi not for better products or more glassware but for a better experience, one in which you don't need to worry who's working that day or if they know the products they're selling
