| before I purchased a boxhot 510 cart I asked if it would fit my enclosed battery. She said "yes it will" then proceeded to tell me that the 1.2g cart was actually in a 2g cart. Clearly she had no idea what she was talking about, while there is a 1.2g and a 2g. She made it seem like the 1.2g was stored in a 2g capsule. Long story short I bought something under your employee's guidance just to find out that I wasted my money on something I can't smoke. Then after she proceeded to tell me that she didn't say it "would fit" and how it's my fault for not knowing. While every employee I've met there is a joy and makes that shop great, this one employee has nothing but attitude and sass. I recommend truth & alibi not for better products or more glassware but for a better experience, one in which you don't need to worry who's working that day or if they know the products they're selling | ||
