Got a delivery from them today. Order came in good time with lots of communication from the team. No problems at all. They had a good selection and prices as well. Much appreciated.
Kyle one of the key holders at Queens Cannabis definitely deserves a raise. He was handed the phone without any details of my situation and handled it professionally.
I was one of those people who orders two minutes before the 9pm delivery deadline, luckily tho I was able to speak to Kyle and add to my order. Kyle quickly realized I was a return customer and reconfirmed my order. Kyle has a vast amount of knowledge in regards to the cannabis flower and even talked to me about future options that may suit my taste. He had no problem adding to the order and even giving me a quicker arrival time followed by an sms confirmation! (even if it didn't make it faster, he made me feel reassured that my order would be here asap.)
Regardless of how much I spent he made me feel like I was a VIP, I will definitely be ordering again and referring to all my friends. I live in surrey, but I will try and make it out there myself to meet and hand him a tip, He definitely deserves it.
I'm not one who normally takes the time to write these but i couldn't not write one. Frankly i am blown away with this level of service and efficiency. I am a first time customer and i ordered online for pick up. I found what i was looking for in two clicks, and lucky for me it was also on sale! Super smooth transaction, and to my dismay they even had curbside pickup. Which I greatly appreciated because I had my daughter in the car. I got the confirmation email right away and within a minute i got another one saying it was ready for pickup. The guy came right out, I showed him my ID and just like that the transaction was completed in less than 5 mins. Thoroughly impressed. Thank you again! You guys rock and i will definitely be a returning customer.

I had an amazing experience at Queens Borough Cannabis and can confidently say this is one of the best dispensaries around. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and professional. Preetam truly stood out with awesome customer service—very knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to answer all my questions and made great recommendations without making me feel rushed at all.
On top of that, all the crew members are incredibly friendly and respectful. You can tell they work well as a team and really care about creating a positive experience for every customer. The store is clean, well-organized, and has a great selection, which makes the whole experience even better.
Overall, Queens Borough Cannabis sets a high standard for customer service. Between Preetam's outstanding support and the friendly crew, this place is definitely worth visiting again. Highly recommended!
Had a really positive experience at this shop in Westminster. The manager was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer my questions without rushing me. I felt well taken care of and will definitely be returning. Cheers
