| Kyle one of the key holders at Queens Cannabis definitely deserves a raise. He was handed the phone without any details of my situation and handled it professionally. I was one of those people who orders two minutes before the 9pm delivery deadline, luckily tho I was able to speak to Kyle and add to my order. Kyle quickly realized I was a return customer and reconfirmed my order. Kyle has a vast amount of knowledge in regards to the cannabis flower and even talked to me about future options that may suit my taste. He had no problem adding to the order and even giving me a quicker arrival time followed by an sms confirmation! (even if it didn't make it faster, he made me feel reassured that my order would be here asap.) Regardless of how much I spent he made me feel like I was a VIP, I will definitely be ordering again and referring to all my friends. I live in surrey, but I will try and make it out there myself to meet and hand him a tip, He definitely deserves it. | ||
