This is by far my favourite dispensary in the Lower Mainland. Amazing selection, knowledgeable and awesome staff, and chill vibes. Treats for doggos too! Check them out, you won't be disappointed
I have been using this store since last 5-6 years and I must tell u they have degraded a lot. I think they don't know how to store weed. From the last 6 times every time I am buying pre roll from there shop it sucks . The same strain same box works well when I buy from any bc cannabis store . And these guys try to sell u the advertised one … the people on the counter are the worst people I have seen in lower mainland . Coming from a guy who just lives next door to the store ! I waited one year to write this review .. they suck man big time !
The way this place is run is bizarre. I've seen them kick multiple customers out for violating their draconian rules. Eg, a guy picked up a phone call while in the store and they told him he had to leave and wasn't allowed back. Like what?? Or when they passed me their product sheet to look at and I touched it, like a normal person does when reading, and he ripped it from me and told someone he needed alcoholic wipes immediately to clean what I had touched. Again... What?? They're awful, unfriendly and rude to their customers. I've had a hundred other very positive, helpful interactions with staff at other dispenseries who actually seem to want to sell product. The only reason this place stays in business is because the city heavily restricts the number of dispenseries so there are very few options for people.
I've been a regular customer here and, while I genuinely appreciate the kindness and professionalism of the staff—they are always friendly and helpful—my experience with the products has been consistently disappointing.
On multiple occasions, I've purchased items only to find the containers empty upon opening. Unfortunately, when I brought this to their attention, my concerns were not resolved or compensated, which was frustrating. Additionally, I've encountered issues with product quality, including what appeared to be moldy cannabis.
As customers, we work hard for our money and expect products to meet basic quality standards. While the customer service experience is positive, the reliability and quality of the products need serious improvement.
I had a very disappointing experience with the staff today. I came in with one government-issued photo ID, as I wasn't carrying my full wallet. Normally, someone is stationed at the entrance to check IDs — today, there was no one, and the staff who helped me initially didn't ask for any ID until later. When I showed the one I had, they suddenly demanded another. I explained I had a second valid picture ID on my phone and even offered to show my banking app with my name and previous transaction from this location.
Instead of hearing me out, the staff raised their voice, argued about "policy," and didn't allow me to speak. Another employee joined in and was extremely rude. When I asked for their names to report the issue, they refused to provide them.
I understand compliance requirements, but professionalism and courtesy are equally important. The behavior was unacceptable — rude, dismissive, and unreasonably rigid. I visit this location often, but after today, I'll think twice before returning. Management needs to address this and ensure the staff receive proper customer service training and follow consistent ID procedures.
