Great experience at UEM Cannabis. The staff are always friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to help you find exactly what you're looking for. The store is clean, well organized, and they have a great selection of products at fair prices. I never feel rushed when I'm there, and they always take the time to answer any questions. Definitely one of my go-to spots. Highly recommend checking them
I had a really positive experience at this cannabis store, and Prabh made the visit even better. He was friendly, approachable, and clearly knew a lot about the products. I was looking for CBD gummies and wasn't sure which ones to choose, but Prabh explained the options in a simple and honest way. He didn't rush me and made sure I picked something that suited my needs. The gummies worked well for me, and I appreciated his helpful attitude. It's rare to find such genuine customer service, and you can tell he cares about helping customers have a good experience. Definitely one of the best employees there.
Website absolutely sucks. Constantly freezes, glitches out when you try to add credit card info. If you add 2 of the same item, it reverts back to 1 item. Plus dutchie locked me out for a week due to a typo on my credit info. Other than that, really friendly staff and always willing to go that extra mile for their customers
Great experience at this shop. The service was excellent, and the staff was very helpful. Special thanks to Ryan — he was extremely polite, friendly, and took the time to help me properly. Really appreciated the positive attitude. Highly recommend this place!
Madinah has given me the most amazing customer service I've ever received as I tend to talk a lot and had 110 question about several items and products and she answered them all and when she didn't know an answer rather than bs me she found some other staff to answer who did which is rare these days!! To her bosses/managers please give her a raise !🤞🏽🙏😇 12 outta 10 rating !! 🤎🌹
