Staff are nice, but having done purchasing for inventory at multiple dispensaries they use a pretty high margin kind of gouging customers for alot of stuff.
Typically I marked things at a 30-40% margin, I see some things they have going higher than that, typically they're 3-5$ ish more expensive than other dispensaries looks like they price upwards of 40-50% or higher, I only come here when no other dispensary is available.

*updated review*
Good dispensary overall — fair prices for what they pay on product.
However, the new staff bring down the experience. One in particular has the same smug, know-it-all, condescending attitude she had back in school. So although I've been a regular for years, will probably avoid due to her now working here. They seem to have a high turnover and bad reviews from previous staff.
They didn't have what I came for and ultimately just kept telling me with an annoyed tone "well there's 0" and telling me "well you could've called" instead of anyone simply saying they'd fix it on the website or look into it. I told her from what I know they can't really give all the info over the phone I don't want anyone getting fined and the girl just seemed annoyed/agitated from there. She kept going on about talking to the inspector all the time they couldn't do anything about technical issues etc.
I don't doubt you could call Dutchie and have them troubleshoot a technical issue, or have whoever has access to the website do it.
(Although a bit of a grey area, every dispensary I've managed hasn't allowed giving pricing and stock information over the phone just to ensure no possible fines/penalties on staff or the business owner)
Disappointing after walking 20 minutes in the rain just to deal with that first thing in the morning. Unfortunate they lost all the old staff.

It's wild how many still support places that mistreat staff. A 1.9-star rating from current and former employees says it all. But keep funding it!
They ignore experienced, qualified applicants on purpose—ignorance is easier to control.
Edit: I know people from the Langley location who had nothing good to say, and others with actual cannabis retail experience who were overlooked so you could hire someone with zero. Not naming names, but it's a pattern.
High turnover, constant complaints about toxic management and drama. Stop with the fake online image and fix the real issues.
Multiple staff have spoken about bullying, power trips, and being treated like "creatures" by owners. At least 6 people have left in the last 2 years and left reviews on Indeed. That doesn't include others who quit quietly, warning everyone else to avoid UEM too.
Was a customer, haven't supported since as I can't support a business treating their staff badly! Keeping a few staff for a few years also doesn't mean at all, that the workplace couldn't be toxic.
