Great store & the staff, prices and selection is awesome too
The staff is friendly and helpful, you get greeted when you walk in the door and they are willing to help with with any questions & recommendations
Have gone both durung day & evening and never a issue, the location is good but definitely has inconvenient parking sometimes and only 1 access in and out
Giving 2 stars because while the shop is nice, the staff member working tonight was unprofessional. I understand the 'third-party sale' rules, but there's no reason to be snappy and dismissive towards me. When my partner realized he forgot his ID, I tried to make a separate purchase with my own valid ID. The worker was condescending and gave me a major attitude instead of just professionally explaining the policy. I even wished him a good night and got nothing back. Plenty of other shops in the area have the same legal rules but much better vibes and manners.
Latest experience here, evening of 11/1. Blonde girl with glasses sure has a poor attitude. I brought in a cartridge I bought literally the day before, it was defective. Explained to her my situation. She sat there without moving a muscle and just asked me to come in tomorrow because she wanted to test the Cart and it was near closing time. I said no one has tested them in the past? I'm here now I'm not gonna make another trip. She then explain to me that she has a different procedure to do returns than the other staff. WHAT. That literally doesn't make sense. I questioned her and she just said "fine I'll do it this time" I thanked her and told her I appreciated it. (A defective product is never the customers fault) And wished her a good night. Her response?: "Yup." I get it's the end of your shift but holy I would never want her representing my business. This is also a complaint on customer service. I went there to buy pre rolled product and I looked at the board and decided on two of them, one being a pack of the Solei slims. I made sure to read the board and this product did not have a straight cut label beside it and under THC column said there was around 18% in it. I found out when I got home that these were all false advertisements. Not only was it a straight cut it was also only CBD. I went back to the store on Sunday (of course I don't save my receipt) and told the same guy who served me the day before saying I wanted to replace those as I didn't realize they were a CBD joint and his response was "oh yeah there's nothing in those they're weak as hell" so not only was your product falsely advertised the worker knew this and inform me even though he knew what they were but I only knew there was 18%THC as per your guys' boards. I'm beyond frustrated and disappointed. Won't be back. Lucid may be a little pricier but at least you can be assured you're not being ripped off and taken advantage of.
The staff working there today were very unfriendly to my mom and I and were not helpful at all . Maybe tell your staff to treat people better and more friendlier. Dude was a bigger white man with a beard so be aware if you stop here !
