Latest experience here, evening of 11/1. Blonde girl with glasses sure has a poor attitude. I brought in a cartridge I bought literally the day before, it was defective. Explained to her my situation. She sat there without moving a muscle and just asked me to come in tomorrow because she wanted to test the Cart and it was near closing time. I said no one has tested them in the past? I'm here now I'm not gonna make another trip. She then explain to me that she has a different procedure to do returns than the other staff. WHAT. That literally doesn't make sense. I questioned her and she just said "fine I'll do it this time" I thanked her and told her I appreciated it. (A defective product is never the customers fault) And wished her a good night. Her response?: "Yup." I get it's the end of your shift but holy I would never want her representing my business.
