Went in this week and had a horrible experience with the person working who I found out is the supervisor there. She was RUDE. Reading the previous reviews now, it sounds like that has been happening for awhile. Won't shop here again.
Best store in medicine hat area. Will not go anywhere else.
Glad to see other people calling Tori out finally. I stopped shopping there too because of how rude she is not only to customers, but the employees too. She is abusive and people like her should not be in manager positions or serving the public. If this owner chooses to lie to stick up for her, then they are just as bad. The other dispensary on Broadway is operated by way better people and their product is a fraction of the cost of what you charge. I will never shop at your store again and hopefully other people won't either.
Horrible service, the manager tori is very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. The owner should look into that before losing all their business.

I only called to get a specific kind of vape pen that, i guess they dont carry anymore. From what the girl on the phone said, apparently the Government had some sort of restriction on the Auto Draw feature or something and they no longer carried them.
I went to a different place and got one for $9.
Aint the associates fault that their store no longer carries it, she was very professional over the phone. Thanks for that. ðŸ˜
