New Edit Dec 2025- Great experience at Northern Lights Supply! Brooke was super helpful and friendly, took the time to answer my questions, and made the visit easy and welcoming. She even threw in some free swag and gift-wrapping paper, which was such a nice touch. Awesome customer service—thank you, Brooke!
EDIT - Derek, the shop owner reached out to me and took great care of me after what happened. I met up with him at the shop on Feb 15, and he explained the situation to me. He was kind enough to provide me with a couple carts and batteries on the house. Thanks for the goodies Derek! I will definitely be back thanks to your great service.
Original Review. - It's unfortunate I have to leave this review because these guys have usually been great to work with. They have an amazing variety and sell all kinds of accessories and normally I'm dealing with great customer service.
I went in on the evening of Feb 10th, 2025 and bought a cart from Xplor – Rainbow Razz flavour. Upon opening the package, the oil in the cart was already oxidized. When I pulled, it tasted like burnt metal. I had someone else give it a try and they thought the exact same.
On Feb 11th, 2025 around 12:30pm I came back to Northern Lights to see if they could exchange it. The worker I spoke with had a very poor demeanor and attitude. I told him the cart tastes like its burnt, to the point where its unusable. It tastes like burnt metal. I also told him I was using this on my vape on the lowest sett ..
Great experience. The store clerk was on point with the recommendation. 10/10 would visit again. The store's also huge and really well designed.
Hands down the best dispensary I've hit south of Edmonton. Drove out from the city to Calgary and found this spot and it was 100% worth visit.
Staff here are legitimately knowledgeable and chill — no pushy upselling, no fake "budtender" vibes. The guy with the beard (I think his name was Josh?) spent 15 minutes walking me through a bunch of new pre rolls and actually knew the terp profiles and growers inside out. Ended up grabbing some pre-rolls and a half ounce of their house-brand Northern Lights OG that's stupidly frosty for the price.
Store is really huge and check out Auroras inside, selection and the pricing is aggressive — way better than most places in Edmonton.
Parking is easy, and they're open late which is clutch.
The first time I walked in here about a year ago, I couldn't believe it was a cannabis shop. It's such a lovely interior, very open and comfy. Staff have always been super kind and helpful when I've had questions. One of my go to's in the Leduc area for bud. I'm always telling my friends about this place :)
Kane was super helpful and friendly, i asked for a sticker and he was nice enough to let me take a look at what they had and pick, also helped me with my cannabis quickly, coming back hopefully to see him.
