This is the third time I've been on the losing end of Cannacabana's management.
Was excited to see glassware for sale with $17.99 sticker attached, when i went to buy it, I was told it was the wrong sticker on the box and the real price was actually higher.
When I asked if they would honor the box price on the sticker, I was told that they no longer have a manager (at all for the location), and there was a slim chance they would be able to speak to any type of leadership...despite trying anyways, i was out of luck for them to be able to do anything.
Dawson and other staff on were very sympathetic to my frustration and helpful otherwise.
This is the 3rd time there has been wrong prices posted on items, all at different Canna Cabana locations around Calgary.
Each time the listed price has been much lower than the 'actual' price, and each time i was left on the short end, paying much more for the product i wanted than was shown in store.
I'm not sure how the wonderful employees manage to stay working there, the manager is so rude and disrespectful to the staff and in front of customers . She was name calling, yelling and swearing at them she has a complete lack of professionalism .. I only continue to shop there because there is such a nice lady that works there during the day. But when I see the manager I just leave it takes all my will power not to say something to her. She's just horrible...
What retail store does not post brake hours on their website so a person drives 20 minutes, not once but twice consecutively and ends up having to go to the downtown store because these people here in River Heights decide that they post a sign on the door on a retail store That they're closed for a break!!!!!
The River Heights Canna Store is bright, open and nicely organized. Thanks Kylee and Dawson for the help with the 'online' order.
