I purchased 5 of the $2 pre-rolls sold in the individual tubes on $2 Tuesday. I was handed all 5 and put them straight into my bag all together. Got home and opened the first tube and it's EMPTY! The rest were fine. But all of them appeared to be tampered with on the sticker seal. Not cool.
Came in for 4 20 only to find no specials, no deals, no nothing. What happend to the 1 day of the year we coukd look forward to for our medicine. VALUE BUDS PICK UP YOUR GAME OR LOSE CUSTOMERS.
Tuesday around 6:40- 7:10 i told the budtender that I cannot have THC WHATSOEVER. he suggested bud with low THC, where I had to repeat myself and say I can't have ANY THC. He then suggested some pre rolls with a super a small amount of THC, I was iffy about it and was thinking about it. And he blatantly said "I'd be genuinely surprised if you got high from these" I trusted his judgment and payed for the prerolls.
The second I got home I had two puffs of one joint and was put into an immediate weed induced psychosis as I am schizophrenic. I didn't think to bring up my mental health issue as it is none of their concern.
I would've happily left if he was honest and told me he can't recommend me anything without THC. I would've left a great review for just being honest. But to recommend me something and tell me I wouldn't get high is EXTREMELY DANGEROUS. Thankfully my husband was with me during my episode, he sedated and medicated me immediately
I've never had an issue at any store when I tell them I can ONLY have CBD. Plant life and canna cabana are the only stores I've been to that actually is honest and cautious about my THC intake.
Not upset at the budtender, just disappointed. This could've turned into a lawsuit if I was not sedated immediately.

The price in store was higher than the price. I saw online, and I asked the blonde haired female clerk if that was correct. And all she did was give me a dirty look and shrug and kinda shook her head. It was so early in the morning that she couldn't even speak it was beneath her.
Customer service in this location has improved so much. And the atmosphere has improved so much.
