Devin, the manager is a horrible person to deal with. I can't believe a company i like this employs people like Devin. To render stores a very poor decision. As everybody knows, he hasnow customer service skills, nor does he I know how to motivates and train his employees and it's a reflection of who he is and his personality

This location is never opened on time. Second time I arrive at 10:30 in the morning and they are still closed. Edit, once the employee arrived he sent me away to another location because he wasn't ready. I told him this was unprofessional and I will be updating my review. He then proceeded to cuss at me and tell me not to come back. This employee has short brown hair and glasses just over five feet tall and was more concerned about his cellphone.

Amazing customer service. I work in customer service and this is one of the best experiences I've had at any store, within less than 5 minutes. Justin! He was kind and welcoming from the moment you walked around the corner. Very knowledgeable and willing to give you advice and his own opinion on products. He is very understanding, I had change and I was apologetic cause I know a lot of people hate dealing with change but he was so positive and professional the whole time didn't make me feel bad for it nothing! I will definitely be coming back here anytime I need weed because of this experience. Idk who's in charge but Justin needs a raise!! Just the sweetest. Definitely worth coming here just for the customer service and recommendations from Justin. I have never written a review for a weed store before…or a lot of places i was so impressed with your employees attitude and willingness to help! I made sure to ask his name etc he deserves a biggggg raise!
