Amazing customer service. I work in customer service and this is one of the best experiences I've had at any store, within less than 5 minutes. Justin! He was kind and welcoming from the moment you walked around the corner. Very knowledgeable and willing to give you advice and his own opinion on products. He is very understanding, I had change and I was apologetic cause I know a lot of people hate dealing with change but he was so positive and professional the whole time didn't make me feel bad for it nothing! I will definitely be coming back here anytime I need weed because of this experience. Idk who's in charge but Justin needs a raise!! Just the sweetest. Definitely worth coming here just for the customer service and recommendations from Justin. I have never written a review for a weed store before…or a lot of places i was so impressed with your employees attitude and willingness to help! I made sure to ask his name etc he deserves a biggggg raise!

TransCanada Value Bud is rad, but Lisa, oh mein Gott, she is the superstar! All the folks are friendly, like your best pals, but Lisa, she is next-level amazing! It's like she's my family or something. She knows what I like, makes the best recommendations, and boom, I am happy like a schnitzel in a bun! Her sense of humor? Out of this world! I always leave this place smiling and laughing. Lisa makes this place the most fantastic spot to visit. You must try!
