Fire & Flower Cannabis Co. Jackson Heights, Edmonton AB |
This review is YEARS in the making (Deanna - you are the QUEEN and will always be my favourite) but today's experience with Bryton was what urged me to finally leave a review. Thank you for going above and beyond to deliver outstanding customer service, including researching the cartridge I was having issues finding. While the news was not what I wanted to hear (discontinued product), Bryton was quick to reassure me that there are others he recommends. It was absolutely lovely to meet and chat him with today. I've been a Spark Member since 2020 and shopped at multiple locations in Edmonton and Sherwood Park, but Jackson Heights is the cat's meow for well-rounded, service driven people. Nothing like walking into a store, feeling like you're going to see friends.
Also, props for always having a clean, nicely set up store. The displays always look great!

Best prices in town. The manager is kind. I've yet to purchase a defective cartridge from them - but the clear "All Sales Are Final" statement on the door is the reason for only 4 stars. There's peace of mind knowing that if a cartridge leaks or clogs within 2 weeks or before it's half done, other places will exchange it with the original packaging and receipt. Maybe something to consider for the future - an exchange policy. I've purchased pre rolls from a competitor only to open the tube and find a 1g doobie with a slit along the side and was able to return it.
Parking can also be an issue as there isn't a true parking lot, just a small pad with enough space for 2 maybe 3 vehicles to park and then street parking (which is usually congested due to the other stores/bakeries/cafe across the street - check out Food in the Nud for some amazing celiac safe baked goods)
