| This review is YEARS in the making (Deanna - you are the QUEEN and will always be my favourite) but today's experience with Bryton was what urged me to finally leave a review. Thank you for going above and beyond to deliver outstanding customer service, including researching the cartridge I was having issues finding. While the news was not what I wanted to hear (discontinued product), Bryton was quick to reassure me that there are others he recommends. It was absolutely lovely to meet and chat him with today. I've been a Spark Member since 2020 and shopped at multiple locations in Edmonton and Sherwood Park, but Jackson Heights is the cat's meow for well-rounded, service driven people. Nothing like walking into a store, feeling like you're going to see friends.
Also, props for always having a clean, nicely set up store. The displays always look great! |
