Love this value buds location staff and manager are always nice and helpful. Make you feel comfortable in the store.

Let me start off by saying other than this woman I have no problems with this location but because Tracy I will be taking my business somewhere else and selling off 100k of my shares in this company. Unfortunately one bad egg is going to do it for me unless she is fired. Never in my life have I ever been disrespected to this point. Just came in to spend my money as i spend thousands of dollars with value buds a month. Asked for a strain and availability then was rudely judge and discriminated. Then told that I was being abusive when I was calling out her disrespectful comments. incrediblly frustrated. Then Tracy basically tells me to take my business somewhere else. I know this woman has done this to a bunch of my other friends and ran them out of the store too. She is on a power trip and should not be in retail. She is bad for business and as a share holder I can not invest in a company that will keep egotistical employees that run customers out of the store. Was happy, and in a 2min period she has ruined my day. Never again! Nova you want to keep your customers then fire this woman and replace her with someone that can be diplomatic and professional or me and my people will spend our money with another dispensary. The extra few dollers saved is not worth this headache.
I go to Value Buds cause they're the only cannabis shop that doesn't collect personal info. There are 4 locations in the city that I frequent, but this location in specific is one of my favourites. Well stocked, friendly staff, good recommendations, all around everything you want in your friendly neighbourhood cannabis shop.
why are the staff at this location always so miserable. Your not being forced at gunpoint to work there so why the bad attitudes and unfriendliness.
