| I've been a regular customer at Value Buds for a long time and have always appreciated the convenience and pricing. Unfortunately, my recent visit was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. I had an interaction with an employee who was incredibly unprofessional, rude, and made racially insensitive remarks during our conversation. When I asked for his name, he responded, "My name is Scott and I'm the store manager," which honestly made the situation even more upsetting. You expect someone in a leadership position to set the standard for respectful and inclusive customer service—not to be the one displaying the worst behavior. I left the store feeling disrespected, uncomfortable, and frankly shocked. As a loyal customer, I expect better from this company. I sincerely hope Value Buds takes action and addresses this kind of conduct, because no one should have to experience discrimination—especially in a place they regularly support. Had been coming to this location 3 years, will be changing it due to Scott "the manager". Seen reviews in the past similar to mine, and it seems like the bad bunch of employees have made their way back. | ||
