Value Buds Riverbend Square truly stands out as a neighborhood gem, largely due to the knowledgeable, kind, and caring staff who consistently offer excellent customer service. However, their concentrate selection leaves much to be desired. I would not recommend visiting any Value Buds location specifically for concentrates. There seems to be a significant disconnect when it comes to stocking new product lines, even from brands they already carry. While staff are friendly and accommodating, when asked if they can leave recommendations for new products, the process appears unclear and lacks follow-through. We want to see more LIVE ROSIN products from brands like Astrolabs, FrootyHooty, Distinkt, Good Buds, EarthWolf Farms.

I have been going to this place for the past six months and usually they have what I want…… but for the past two months now every time I go in, they don't have what I want and when I ask them a question they try to sell me things that I don't like and when I try to return one of the strain that they gave me, it was so dry it looked brown and when I asked the man on the front desk, he said it was the most popular train. it's like they're trying to get rid of the old stuff so please be careful of what you buy and don't take their advice if you like something and they don't have it. You better off going somewhere else because they will try to sell you something that you don't like and they will even say they smoked it themselves multiple times and it is the best strain.

Great prices and great staff. Staff is very knowledgeable, and I recently bought a YOCAN Battery and thought it was broken but I just didn't know how to change the voltage on this certain battery and the staff helped me out.
