Honestly the attitude of the staff here SUCKS. I understand that they got rid of the book a while ago, but I have never felt more unwelcome to buy a product than anytime I come here. I asked if they had the book still because every other location still has one in the back or at least show somewhat of an interest in helping the customer, I got scoffed at and told in an annoyed tone "it's all on the computer". It's really easy to at least pretend to be interested in your job, I'm not sure why it seems to be such a huge issue for this location specifically

Honestly extremely disappointed in the new managment. And just the way this specific location is managed in general. I love the staff but the new manager is actually so unbelievably unpleasant and RUDE. I honestly won't be surprised if we lose the rest of the only good staff left, which is pretty sad considered this store has some of the worst stock and selection so you'd think they really would value the customers that they do have. Definitely was the last time we stop in, which again is extremely unfortunate as I am local to the area and came here almost daily.
