This new "manager" has got to go. I drive out of my way to come to this location, rather than the competitor who is in my neighbourhood, because the staff there has always been incredible. They know their product and want to help you. THIS GUY acts like you're a nuisance and the way he speaks to his own employees is horrifying, and could qualify as a labour issue. Pretty disappointing to see the direction the decision makers here are taking.
