I'm a member but somehow not in this loctation. No menu other than the screen which you have to log on to but it told me I'm not a member so I could never access it. Looked around the store, found only expensive ounces, not the kind of prices Canna Cabana is supposed to offer and when I told the guy everything is super expensive, he said there are NO expensive stuff there....
Worst customer service ever. They can't even set up a display case properly where you can see the prices of things. Seems like they just don't care . Then when asking how much something is they just continue to stand behind counter and say I don't know. Needless to say won't be back to this store again . Management needs to change this store because the ppl who work their just don't care . Evan is the only employee who does his job right and the only person I never have had a problem with . Went there last week and they had to girls helping 1 customer while others waited in the store. Worst service for a store ever. Won't ever be back to this 4st location
My favourite dispensary in the city! The staff are very friendly and welcoming especially Tina who helped me today.
The manager is rude, all the other staff was lovely, prices r great, but lack of online services or customer service is non existent w the Manager. Trying to find info is very hard, thank goodness for the staff. Edibles should have more flavours, I order the same ones . Clearly he the manager doesn't care about patients, the older guy really helped me & explained to me switching edibles. He/ladies are compassionate, actually give u a smile. I pay the premium deal (from my favourite older dude, I bought from him, for taking the time to explain) Why was the store locked at 2:30pm on Tuesday 2to 3pm, no note on the door, open sign on, lights off.. I literally almost called the cops, seriously poor management.
YOU NEED A REAL MANAGER
Evan was the budtender on duty and his care for each customer's needs was over the top. He showed people how to save money and did so with a smile and an affable demeanor.
