Today it was Tina, last time it was Evan, most of the time it's Brad. It doesn't matter who I've dealt with here, they have always been kind patient and very knowledgeable. I love stopping by whenever I'm in the area!
I asked for a live resin cartridge. Exact words. The employee sold me a disposable vape. I didn't realize until I opened it up outside the store. Immediately, I went right back in to exchange. The employee phoned a manager and I was told they couldn't exchange it.
So I asked for a specific product, the employee gave me the wrong product, and now their screw up is out of my pocket. Garbage customer service to cover for a mistake made by their employee.
Response to owners' response: I don't understand how them giving me the wrong product after I asked for something specific is them doing everything they can. Regardless, it was an employee error, and I still had to pay for it. I'm making a point to tell everyone how garbage this store is.
Lady staff with curly hair is rude. Seems like she's in a hurry everytime. She don't know the products as well. I asked if there's berries and cream, she replied with what are we talking about and you can see her face is annoyed as hell. Other staff are not like that. Other staff are helpful and patient. But this lady, seems like she's not enjoying what she's doing which is very bad for the company. Overall experience is great, except for this lady with curly hair. She brings negative energy everytime. I would like to be served by other staff if possible.
I was in here yesterday on November 18th, 2024. Not only was the girl at the desk not friendly, she didn't want to help me and showed me a board to go look for products myself. I had to idea where to look for anything, as I'm not a regular user. I ended up just walking out. Since I'm moving back to Mission in 2 weeks I know that WON'T be the store I go to for edibles.
Be aware that if you shop here and are incorrectly charged it will be a huge inconvenience to get your refund and the manager, Evan, will do nothing about it.
I was incorrectly charged on October 7, 2024 and I am still waiting on a refund from them, over 2 weeks later.
My next steps will have to be to follow up with AGLC, and the Better Business Bureau.
